About me
I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Toronto in Canada currently under the supervision of Guillaume Thomas. My committee members include Michela Ippolito and Keir Moulton.
I investigate the semantics and pragmatics of natural language and their interfaces with syntax. Lately, I have been interested in the meaning and structure of propositional attitude reports and conjunctions.Â
Before coming to the University of Toronto, I obtained a master's degree from the University of Ottawa, and a bachelor's degree from Concordia University
Updates:
I will be giving a talk on attitude verbs and presuppositions at Semantics and Linguistic Theory 35 in May.
I will be presenting a poster (joint work with Wesley Orth, Dave Kush, and Keir Moulton) on presuppositions and island effects at the Canadian Linguistics Association Conference 72 in June.
